Looks: Toni is petite, she's about 5 ft 3 in and very slender. Her hair is hazel brown and reaches her jaw. Her face is heart shaped with a sharply pointed chin and high cheekbones. She has a great bone structure and big, sea green eyes. Her skin is sun tanned and almost flawless.
Personality: She is a stubborn person. A loner, yet she knows almost everybody in the city who are worth knowing. Bright and intelligent, but also bitchy and self-opinionated. It's hard to imagine her cry or show emotions more since her outer self is rough and tough.
