The moment Dan looked at me I just shut of like I usually do. This is why I you don't let anyone close to you. But suddenly he does something that makes me more confused that I have ever been in life.
"You're bullies! The worst kind of people to exist. I'm not going to be like you. Joe is my friend!"

They all look taken back but then one of them murders Dan with his eyes. If looks could kill...
"Well too bad for you, then I guess we'll just have to beat both of you up." He takes a step torwards Dan and I just wish that he wouldn't have said what he said.
Why did he have to be nice to me?

Dan eyes became smaller and he looked like he wanted to fight them, and he wanted to. Now he didn't care about that he could get in trouble for this, or that they probably where going to be mean to him as well now, he just didn't wanna watch anyone else be bullied.
"You think so.." he said and before the guy was at them, Dan got up to him and punched him right in the face. The guy soon punched back and soon they where in a fight. His friend where cheering for him and Dan just continued to fight and ignored all of them. He just wanted to beat the bully up. Soon, both his nose and lip whre bleeding and he was going to have bruises. The guy finally gave up when Dan punched him right in the nose, the sound of it cracking stopped all of them. "You broke my nose!" screamed the guy and got up and of from Dan. "You're crazy!". They got away from the room, leavin Dan and Joe alone.
Dan turned to Joe and tried to stop the blood with his hand. "Are you okay?" he asked and met his gaze.

I just stood there, staring. I was so confused and scared. He just met me today and he's fighting them for me?
His mates just stood and watched. They didn't do anything, but I didn't either. When they left the ones that passes me pushed me into the wall so I hit my head. Why my head?
But Dan. I look at him. He's bleeding. My eyes widen. Shit.
"Are you okay?" He asks and I just stare. Am I okay? More like you, you're bleeding. Holy crap.
"W-what? I-I?" Dunkdunkdunkdunkdunkdunkdunk.
The whole room starts to spin and I can't get air.
Not a panic attack. Please not a panic attack.
I put a hand on the wall to steady myself and try to calm my breathing. Not now.
"W-what, y-yeah. Y-you're b-bleeding." I say between breaths. I look at a spot on the floor and calm down. This wasn't a serious one but I almost got one.
Then I look up at him. Please don't ask. Crap.

Dan started to feel the pain now from the punches and the blood just wouldn't stop. He continued to look at Joe though, still concerned about him. Had they done anything to him before he got there?
"Yeah...fuck" he mumbled and got the arm of his jacket to his nose and didn't care that i got all bloody. But it still wouldn' stop. "Well, this is the end for my modeling career atleast" he said and tried to smile, but he couldn't even really joke now even if he tried.
Finally he got the blood over some kind of control and took the arm from his face and looked down at him again. "I'm not gonna let them bully you again. You don't deserve it" he said and smiled even if it still hurted.

I forced a laugh at his joke but I was dead worried.
"I'm not gonna let them bully you again, you don't deserve it."
Yes I do.
I awkwardly look away and say:
"W-we have to get you to the nurse or something, y-you look... Y-you're bleeding a l-lot."
I just hope he doesn't pass out or something.

Dan nodded. "Yeah, I think I need to go there as well.." he mumbled and started to walk towards the door. He was a bit dizzy from the hits but it was more the bleeding that was dangerous. "Can you show me there?" he wondered and turned to Joe again and opened the door for them. He pressed his hand against his nose again.

"Y-yeah." I said and nervously looked at him. Please don't pass out I don't know what I'm going to do if you do.
I lead him to the office and go to the room with an open door. Because I know who's behind the other. When we get in the nurse looks at us with surprised eyes.
"Oh my... What happened? Come here, sit down. Lean your head back and look at the ceiling." She tells Dan and I lean against the wall and try to make myself invisible.

Dan didn't answer the nurse about what had happend. He just sat down and did as she told him to, looked up at the ceiling. She started to clean the blood of him with wet paper towels and cleaned his nose and lip with a towel drenched in bacteria killing. It hurted but he didn't care. To finish it she put some small bits of paper up his nostrils and then she couldn't do much more. "Maybe you should go home..." the nurse said and Dan looked at her and slowly nodded.

"Maybe you should go home."
I hope the other nurse said the same.
He nods.
This is my fault, god I'm so stupid. This wouldn't have happened if I didn't exist. I'm better of dead.
I anouxisly pull down the sleeves further and thew on my lip.
We leave the nurses office and outside the doors we stand still and I look at him.
"I'm sorry." I say.

Dan wanted to go home, but what if they attacked Joe when he weren't there? He wasn't going to let that happend now when he had been in a fight for it. "Maybe you should go home too?" he said to Joe. "I mean, otherwise they're just going to beat you up when I'm not here". He looked toward the exit. "Just tell them you don't feel well".
