tippest och Unicornhorn [PRS]

Once again he wrinkled his forehead. Muggles were weird. What were they doing with their lives? Gliding down snow on two pieces of wood? Merlin, they were such a strange species.
"It sounds stupid", he said, taking a sip from his glass. "How do someone even come up with that? 'Hey, there's two pieces of wood. I'm going to glide down snow mountains with them.'" He mocked them, not realizing that Audrey might not like it. Her parents were muggles, after all. But he didn't mean it like that, really.

Audrey raised her eyebrows.
“Well, you should try it, and get yourself out of the box for a while” she said and took a bite of her food. He got pissed when she made fun of Gobstones or his Prefect duties, but it was okay for him to make fun of stuff she liked? She put down her utensils, she had finished eating. She refilled her glass with water and took a sip.
“It’s not supposed to be smart, it’s supposed to be fun, if you know that word?” she said and grinned.

He shook his head. Muggle-activities weren't for him. He had tried chess once - and it sucked. Wizard chess is way better.
"Well, it sounds to stupid to be fun", he said, grinning. "And yes Audrey, I know the word fun - I am, in fact, very fun."

Audrey grinned.
“Really? Haven’t noticed” she said with a laugh. She drank the rest of her water and leaned back in her chair. She tilted it so it stood on two legs and looked at him.
“Still, France should be beautiful with all the snow and the mountains” she added and smiled. She played with her hair, she usually had it in a ponytail, so when it was down like this she just played around with it, for some reason. She flexed her right hand. She had taken off the bandages, to let the wound breathe. The blood had coagulated, so at least it didn't drip anymore.

He shook his head and chuckled. Just half an hour ago he would have gotten upset - but all his thoughts that made him bitter had disappeared (for now).
"It is", he said, nodding. He loved spending christmas in France - both for his cousins and the country itself.

Audrey smiled. She let the chair fall back on all four legs and looked at her watch.
“Time to go, right? Last lesson for today, double Transfiguration, right?” she asked, knowing that he would be sure, being a Prefect and all. She let go of her hair and scratched her neck. As she stood up, she felt the dizziness again, and she sighed. Really? It had been great while she sat still, but as soon as she moved, her head started spinning. She was pretty pissed at McGonagall for giving her rubbish potions – even though she had slept amazing for the first time in a long time.

He nodded. Transfiguration was a very demanding subject - which coul be both fun and irritating, depending on how it went.
"Yup", he answered, dropping his utensils and taking the last sip of his drink before standing up. He picked up his bag and swung it over his shoulder, waiting for Audrey to also stand up.

Audrey took her bag and went to the classroom. It was a long lesson, but she concentrated hard for the next two hours, and she earned points for Gryffindor more than once. When the class was over, McGonagall asked her to stay behind after class. Audrey looked over at Noel, making sure that he heard that she was staying, and she waited for the classroom to get empty. McGonagall looked at her.
“How are you, Miss Swan?” she asked and Audrey nodded.
“I’m fine, really” she said and McGonagall looked suspiciously at her. They talked some more, and Audrey made sure that she was okay and that she slept well (that one wasn’t a lie actually, at least not if she counted last night’s sleep). McGonagall dismissed her and she went out to find Noel again.

Audrey seemed to be on top of her game. Somehow, strangely, Noel felt proud of her. He just got that proud feeling in his whole body - one that he'd only felt for himself before. Very, very strange.
When the lesson was over he shoved his things back in his bag and swung it over the shoulder. At first he was walking up to Audrey, but McGonagall started speaking to her so he decided to leave the classroom. It seemed to be quite personal, to be honest.
A few students stood outside the classroom. Talking to each other, reading and stuff like that. Student-things, really. One of them, that for Noel, stood out of the crowd, was William. As soon as he saw Noel his face lit up. Oh no, no no no. Please, Noel thought. He wasn't ready to face William. Not now when he knew what had happened between him and Klaus.
"Hey Noel!" William walked up to him, wearing the cutest smile on his lips. Hell, Noel really couldn't deny that.
"Hi", he responded, trying to understand why William had waited outside his classroom. Was there an extra Prefect-meeting? Crap.
"So, uh", William continued. "So Klaus and I are kind of, kind of a thing, you know?" Noel noticed how he had started to almost whisper. He just nodded for an answer, feeling heavy and tired all of a sudden. He didn't, really didn't, want to talk about that.

Audrey came out of the classroom and went up to Noel, just to see William there, and she just heard him finish his sentence. Somehing about Noel and a thing. God, did guys really talk about their packages in the open like that? Noel seemed a bit off, but he had been off the whole day, to be fair.

She decided to go over there with her head up high. William shot her a look, and it wasn’t a happy one, and she snorted.
“Gee, you know, I had a really good day going on here, and then you happen to appear in my field of view. What a shame” she said sarcastically, just to be one step ahead of him since she figured that if she didn’t say something rude first, he was going to. She didn’t want him to win, she still remembered his face as one of the brightest during her episode.
