Savi: You were in Los Angeles right? With what organisation? I'm thinking about to go with Explorer, if I now ever will be going.

But now I'm really glad that I had to learn English, it gave me another language to speak. I am almost a Polygot now- I speak Swedish, English and I'm on my way with German and Estonian. Even though my Swedish accent is really bad. I'm half-american half-swedish! So since my parents are divorced i speak english every other week c; Oh, how nice. Do live in Sweden/Finland or in America? I'm half Estonian myself, but I don't speak Estonian so well. I live here in Sweden, but it's very useful to know English c: bet your English grade is good! Nothing but A's baby! c; 19 jul, 2013 15:48 |

You can choose what level you want it on and all. Then it's different I had two classes that I had to take; composition and global diplomacy. So it's a little difference from school to school. But if you're not doing well in science then don't take any science class, or choose a fun one. I just don't understand physics or chemistry but love biology so I read zoology. And this year is a perfect time to take your time with studies. I wasn't very good in math the year before I left but tools course that was a bit of a mix of what I had already done and what I was going to do they year after when I got back to Sweden? And it was great! I'm doing so much better. Although, it may be harder to get accepted into the organization without a full passing report. So you may want to either work on those subjects or talk to the organization.

Can't I go then? D: "If you expect disappointment, then you can never really be disappointed." 19 jul, 2013 16:44 |

Solkatten you mean before you go? Well, I'm not sure about all organizations. Like I know EF and STS accept you either way, you don't really have to do anything to get in there, at least that's what my friends have said and also the feeling I got when I talked to them. Now, everyone thinks differently but I don't really like them, to big organizations and its more like you are a number of all the thousands of students they're sending away. Explorius checked your grades and had interviews and I actually felt like they didn't just want the money, but for us to have a good time. Know some people who they didn't really think was ready to go and they told them instead of just taking their money and sending them away to something they weren't ready for, and they treat you more as the person you are. Of course there are people who aren't very satisfied with them but that's how it is with everything. And I don't know how hard they are with the marks, it's more about how you are as a person and how you would react in certain situations. For example if you in the first process when applying say that you would not accept a different religion, would live with a family of a different ethnic background you won't be going through to the interview so..
