New generation benders

Herkio sighed. "This is madness, the president isn't very wise" he mumbled. He didn't know any breathbenders, but he was sure the airbenders wouldn't be happy about the news that they could get in prison for it. There weren't too many airbenders yet, they needed all persons they had. And maybe Ela had right, it was how you used your power. He had never tried to use bloodbending for evil. And Ela hadn't used lavabending for evil either. They didn't deserve this!
He continued to bend his own blood, he felt weird from it, and was a bit scared when he used it as well. He could feel his blood move in his veins, and he felt a bit dizzy. His heart weren't used to pump so much blood at a time. He continued and continued but didn't dare to move, but he could feel how her more easily could breath and move his jaw.
He heard Ela coughed and hoped she where okay. He had to save them! He soon decided he could move enough and saw a small pond they where passing. Quickly he bended upp water and turned it into ice, cutting of his ropes before jumping off the beast. "Well, it seems bloodbending can be useful". This time he attacked the beast. He shot a wave of water against his head, and when it hit froze it, buying him some time. He used more water to cut up Ryuu's and Bipins rope, before the ice broke. He had a neew wave with water ready.

"Gaman!" Kauri shrieked when her dear beast started shaking. The ice didn't hit its nose directly but enough to damage it. The firebending boy was up and moving on unsecure legs and the avatar managed to get away through earthbending. However Kauri didn't intend on letting all of her bounties get away. Therefore it wasn't a surprise if you knew her that she basically threw up the poor lavabender on the back of Gaman and barely secured the bonds of her prisoners as she hurried on Gaman to runaway. Gaman was quick when he wanted to as the animal jumped high above ground to get to the docks. Kauri wasn't scared of a couple benders. To prove this she pulled out something that would equal to a gun and pointed its large barrel towards the ground behind her and pulled the trigger. The firebomb that exploded after the black bullet hit the ground made her unbelievably happy to be alive. She whistled again and Gaman whipped his tongue over her prisoners, Kauri herself barely doging it by pressing herself down on his body.

"Oh to hell with that chick! Bipin!" Ryuu said as the fire bomb exploded. Bipin tried to get the fire but it exploded a second time. "It's a damn multi-explosion device! We'll need to go around or possibly die going through it!" Ryuu continued.

"Or you people can back the hell off while I go through and save my friends." Akane said as she came out of the forest and another explosion erupted. It lighted up Akanes everything but pretty wounds and her right arm was completely messed up, twisted and knackered. However she was still trying to go straight through the fire instead of around it.

Herkio felt a bit happy when the animal seemed to be hurt a bit. That would help them. He got up more water and continued to send it towards the beast and froze it again. Hopefully it would do more damage. That creature needed to be put out so they could run away from it with Ela and Hye.
It didn't seem like Kauri wanted them anymore, or atleast not thought they where worth the trouble. So she would just take Hye and Ela. To hell with that. "Let them go!" he shouted and was about to whip the creature with more ice when she shot. He had the water to shield himself a bit, but he fell to the ground and felt his arm get burned a bit. Lucky him he knew how to heal, but he didn't have time with that now. He quickly stood up again and was about to try and go when it exploded again.

"Akane?" he said, very confused. What the hell where she doing here? ANd why did she want to save Ela? To just bring her back? He sighed when she tried to go through the flames and quickly put them out with more water before running after her. He soon ran past her, with another water whip. "Get back here you damn beast!". He got is attention and just as it was about to hit him with the tongue he hit it in the nose with the water. It seemed to really hurt the beast as it started to turn his head violently, almost throwing off the women.

"Allright!" Kauri shouted as she swept up her scythe and stood up straight before sending her double-edged beauty flying through the air. It cut down trees with no trouble as it kept going toward them all.

Akane threw herself to the side as the blade came rushing through the air and she managed to catch herself. Everything hurt like hell, she was alone now as well. Ikal and Katsu had been taken to god knows where together with the bloody breathbender Daya... her friends. All her friends from the tribe. They had all ran and they got grabbed by some damn bounty hunters. They didn't want or need Akane so they left her for dead.

Kauri took out another bomb and shot that one too, this one hit the avatar. Close to him at least. Kauris weapon of choice came flying back and she grabbed it out of the air and threw it again before throwing the next firebomb. She had jumped off Gaman and the animal jumped down the cliffside towards the dock. Kauri smiled wide as she sat down and dropped her weapons. Gaman was safe, her best friend was safe and she had taken quite the beating.

As the creature jumped both Hye and Ela screamed, they couldn't really scream as a feeling of sleeping was still pumping around in her veins. Ever small, tiny bodypart was tingling. When the came to the bottom the animal hit the ground so hard that Hye and Ela fell off as well. Now it was just these bindings as well... and the fact that it was coming back to do god knows what.

Herkio was able to throw himself to the ground as well, even if it hurted like hell. He really needed to rest. The wound in his back was opening up as well, and now he had burnwounds on his arm and who knew how many injuries he would have when all this was done? If he was lucky they would all be free and live.
She shot out another bomb, this one close to the water, destroying the pond. There was ofcourse still water but it wouldn't be as easy to take.

He saw how the beas disappeared with Hye and Ela and gritted his teeth. He took up the water that was left before he ran towards her, shielding himself with the water from her weapons. "Let our friends go!". He started to fight her. He whiped his water at her, but she just blocked most of it and attacked him back. His water was beginning to end as well. Soon she shot another bomb, which made both of them fall. Herkio's hands and arms where both burned now. It hurted like hell and he could barerly lift them, not even get up from the ground. His spirits where standing above him, grinning and laughing at his pain.

Kauri was used to immense pain, so it was a wonder that she was still standing after all this damn commotion. She had hit the avatar pretty damn good with the bomb as she could see him through the flames. The male firebender had been hit by her scythe and he should be happy it was just a scratch... at least with her standards. However she also admired it, their determination... and the bloodbender reminded her of people she missed. People she had lost. Gaman was gone with her medical supplies though and Kauri fell to the ground and coughed so that blood poured down her chin. She wasn't as great as her grandmother anyway. Her grandmother had introduced her to Gaman, introduced her to the life of a bounty hunter... she missed her grandmother. She wasn't as cold either, she just wished she could be then she wouldn't feel guilty about beating them up. Kauri scythe rattled as it hit the ground and the flying bison-whistle fell out of her pocket. Kauri saw it and wiped her face... how likely would it be that the bison heard it? She whistled in it, of course she couldn't hear it.

Just as the beast got to Ela it stopped and listened after something. Hye had managed to get the ropes loose and tried getting her feet free. She could barely move properly and her fingers didn't want to obey. However Hye feared for their lives, both hers and Elas but also the guys topside. Hye couldn't even bend properly yet and it seemed like they had to get this beast down. She was pretty surprised when Ela kicked straight up and earth shot up with it. The beast fell back with a grunt and Hye stumbled up on her feet and managed to shoot out enough air to throw the beast senses off before pretty much bumbling to Ela and got her bindings off.
"We need to get back up there!" Hye said terrfied and Ela rose from the ground... still shaking. However something shadowed it all and she looked up as she saw Pema soar through the sky. Just as Hye was about to fly up there Pema angled herself enough for Hye to see that a girl was on Pemas back... who? Not Siku is it?

Herkio looked up in the eyes of his spirit. He couldn't let it win, couldn't let this woman win. He had to save his friends, even if his hand where burned and hurted. Slowly he got up even if he had tears in his eyes from the pain. "I won't let you win" he mumbled to the woman and his spirit disapppeared for a moment, actually leaving him alone.
He saw her cough blood and remembered a thing, his bloodbending. He took a deep breath and even if he knew he would hate himself later he raised his burned hands and started. He wasn't too good, but good enough to bend her blood.

"I'm sorry". He forced her to drop her weapon and walked against her as he held her still with the bloodbending. He also made her drop that little whistle as well. It was Bipins. He forced her to the ground before he felt how he couldn't take it anymore. His spirit reappeared and laughed at him. "You're not strong enough, you're gonna get yourself killed". He just ignored him and continued to held her down before he saw how Pema flew over them, with someone on his back. "Well, he will help them" he mumbled and fell to the ground again, compltetly out, even if he still was awake.

( The weapon was already on the ground but okay. owo )

"Geez, kid." Kauri sighed as she rose up slowly and she brought out her sword but she was actually after her swords scabbard as she could use it as a walking stick. "If you want to kill me, do it properly." She saw the large bison soar through the sky and when it saw them it landed quickly. However Kauri was already at the edge of the cliff and she tried to see if she can see Gaman. She needed him, she loved him, he was her best friend and she at least needed to see him before dying. Right? Kauri tried to get over the ledge as she was pulled back and Kauri fell to the ground again. She turned to see someone she didn't actually recognize. Dressed up in Northern Water Tribe clothes the girl wasn't that intimidating though. In fact, since the girl had just used some rope to make Kauri trip she didn't seem dangerous at all.
"Y'all don't even get when someone has lost a battle, don'tcha?" Kauri said as she pulled out a knife and cut the rope off her foot. "Gaman!" Kauri shouted down the cliffside, if he didn't come she had noone. Not even bounty hunters wanted anything to do with her. Kauri was a failure... her best bounty was a pickpocket from Repiblic City... all she wanted was to be good at something.

Ela was surprised as the large beast rushed past her and it was a wonder that it didn't kill with the force it passed her. It jumped over Hye who curled up on the ground. The beast climbed and hurried as it jumped up and used it's claws to climb up. What was the hurry all of a sudden? Ela freaked as Hye grabbed her and the flew up. Ela actually screamed out loud in surprise.
"There you are, you acted really strange this morning!" Hye said and Ela was really confused.
"What? This morning?" Ela mumbled... she didn't remember anything of the morning. When they flew up the saw the huge creature and the bounty hunter. The bounty hunter got picked up and she... seemed overjoyed. Ela didn't understand that woman. She didn't seem to be the bounty hunter-kind... she seemed far too... nice. Far too caring. Ela had met bounty hunters before... she knew how vicious they could be.
"That's Siku!" Hye called out as the started falling down... Elas heart rate was far too high for this and it just got higher. "How did she get out of your prison?" Elas heart basically stopped... what prison!?

Herkio didn't wanna kill her. He didn't wanna kill anyone, because then he really deserved going to prison. He just wanted his friends to be free and okay. He was really worried for Ela since she had been bleeding and acted really strange. Was she sick? Was it the spirit? He hoped she just would be okay. They couldn't really go to a doctor, even if they all probably needed one. Luckily enough he could heal.
"Herkio!". It was Bipin. He faintly opened his eyes once more, and again the spirit was standing above him. "Well look at you, can you even bend with those?" he said and pointed to his burned hands. "I can heal them" mumbled Herkio, barerly hearable. Bipin and Ryuu now reached to him. He was still laying on the ground.
Ryuu and Bipin grabbed him. Eis flied over them and seemed paniced as she kept flying down, like she was checking on Herkio. They started to walk with him, they just needed to get the girl now. The woman was dealt with, for the moment atleast.

Soon they reached the cliffs and Bipin used his earthbending to get them down to the girls properly. "Are you okay?" asked Bipin while they laid Herkio on the ground. Eis flew down and landed on his chest. She stepped on it, like she was trying to wake him up. "Eis" he mumbled and tried to lift a hand to comfort her, but it just fell to the ground again. "Take us to water" he begged the others. "I can heal us...". Firstly he needed to heal himself, or his hands would be too damaged.

"All of you got quite a beating didn't you?" Hye said as she tried to be a support for Ryuu who had a large cut and Ela did this... thing where she squatted down and reached out to the small bird. She realized that the little bird wasn't horrible nor made of fire. Seeing one of her old fears in livid form somehow made her more okay with the real birds and Pema... they weren't large horrid creatures. Pema could probably eat her if the large creature wanted but Pemas worst crime yet is licking... it might be disgusting but not lethal. The little white bird jumped up and Ela got instantly scared that she would hurt it. However it just flapped it's white wings and climbed to her shoulder as Ela and Bipin got Herkio up on his feet. Pema herself had stopped Siku from following them and was flying above them. She couldn't find another place to land that was large enough so Pema just circled around.
"That Kauri-woman was taking us to the docks so there's gotta be some water close, right?" Bipin said as they kept walking.
"Yeah, probably somewhere up ahead." Hye said and they all just kept walking. They had to didn't they? Ela was happy that the worst that she got was bruises and she might've hurt her foot but not too bad.
