"So is this school nice." No.
"I don't know." I shrug. "I guess." It's a hell.
Well in the classroom he looks around. I think about asking him to sit with me but why would he want to sit with someone like me? Why would he even want to look at me? But maybe he will... No. I won't get my hopes up. But I could save him from an awkward introduction in front of the class... Maybe he wouldn't hate me then.
"D-do you um... Wanna sit with uh me...? I mean maybe you don't want to sit with me, you don't have to sit with me why would you ever want to sit with me I'm sorry I'm just stupid sorry I asked I-It's fine I'm sorry uh I'll just..." I ramble. Fuck. Now he probably just thinks I'm weird. I'm so awful, fuck.

Dan slowly nodded. "Well, I guess I will find out soon". It often just took a day to see how good a school was, and how the students was. This far they seemed nice, but he had only met Joe as well.
He was about so quickly sit down somewhere, because he saw someone that maybe was the teacher come going and he didn't want an awkward introduction in the front. "Yeah, that would be nice" he smiled and sat down with him and just smiled. "You're not stupid, I think it's really nice of you to ask".

I blushed at him saying I'm not stupid even though I know I am. I'm just so freaking awkward.
"Yeah." I mumble. I hurried and took a seat in the back of the room as I always do.

Dan leaned back in his chair after sitting down with him. Soon the teacher came in and also the rest of the students. Some of them seemed to be loners, and others came in groups like some girl that looked very fake and a group of tough guys. Finally the door was closed and the teacher turned to him. "Class, we have a new student here today, Dan Orir" the teacher said but didn't force him to go up and presentate himself. THe class soon started.

Class rolled on and they left me alone. I think it was because I was sitting with Dan.
A while in class the teacher said: "so because it's the first day after a break I'll give you an easy task. You'll do a group project with someone, only one person, about whatever you want that has something to do with chemistry. Start pairing up and working."

Dan got some books and tried to follow what the teacher said. One of his worst subjects was chemistry, he just hated it. But he lit up a bit when he said when they where going to do a group project. He directly turned to Joe. "Hey, do you wanna work together? One warning though...I suck at chemistry" he laughed and hoped he would say yes. Joe was the only one he had spoken to so far.

"Y-yeah sure." I said. He asked me. He asked me.
I was internally freaking out in a god and bad way. Someone asked me.
"And it's fine I'm good at chemistry so it'll probably work out." I smile a little. It's not that I'm happy but... You know, people smile. Obviously.
And oh, I didn't stutter. I blush at whatever because I'm awkward and look down at my lap.

Dan smiled. "Great, so what do you think we can do it about?". He then nodded. "Well, I'm not so good at it, but I can always search for facts and such stuff, and I know some things". But his favourite class was music, and art. He was really good too. He started to open his books and waited for an suggestion.

"Uh, I don't really know... Whatever you like really. We could do something about chemical reactions or whatever so we can experiment and stuff?" I suggest.

Dan smiled. "That sounds good, experiments are fun so...". He opened up his writing book and wrote quickly what they where going to do and turned up a page in the book about it. Just when he was about to write some more someone spoke to him. "Hi, you're the new guy huh? Maybe you wanna work with me?". He looked up, it was one of the girls that asked that, one of them that seemed popular. He smiled to her. "Well, I already have a partner but maybe another time?". She looked a bit disapointed at his answer and walked away.
