Herkio was shivering and whimpering. He didn't deserve to be in their group, he should just go with Siku and marry her to punish himself. But would she even want that now when she saw what a monster he was? He could take her back to her home and then get put in prison where he deserved to be, to root.
When Ela started to talk he actually started crying. He put his hands over his face to cover them, but it was already too late. Some tears of blood was running down his face, mixing with the normal tears and creating a disgusting pinkish tone on his face. "Sorry, sorry" he whimpered. "Please, just send me away" he then continuned but then actually heard what she said. Slowly he looked up at her. "But..But...." he became quiet and a single blood tears was now running down his cheek. MAybe it was the spirit doing it. He took deep breath and tried to calm himself down. Bipin came to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "You're not a monster, but you should have told us".

"What the hell should he have said?" Ela said and laughed coldly.
"What's up with you today?" Ryuu said angrily and Ela didn't look at him or any of them. She didn't know what was up with her. She was just all honesty. She placed a hand on the tent. It wasn't necessary really since Siku could be heard perfectly as she was screaming at the top of her lungs. Ela was smiling at the sound, brought a hand up to one of the four earthwalls with the intention to turn them into lava and sink the horrible bitch down below ground when she lifted her gaze to meet the spirit standing off in the forest, it cheered on him and applauded her. However Ela didn't come very far on the whole lava-bending thing as Ryuu grabbed her arm. "Get your shit together." He said and turned her around. "We can't kill her, let's just leave her." Ela met his gaze and Ryuu stepped back. Ryuu was confused... no warmth... no emotion... Ela, what the hell happened? Ryuu didn't say this out loud but it felt almost as if he'd gotten electrified. Ryuu stepped back when their eyes met, she stared like a dead man. "Ela, calm down..." Ryuu switch down a hell of a lot quicker now as Ryuu could her the anger in his voice. Herkio slowly dried his face and brought up his water to clean off the blood. He could hear the spirit laugh, it was close to him now when he was so weak, almost like it wanted to step inside him, take controll of him.
Maybe it was it's purpose, to make him as weak and confused as possible so it could take his body himself, and live like a dark Herkio. He heard Ela and saw what she almost did men didn't say anything. He wasn't the right person to do it, not now atleast. He couldn't tell her off. "Come, let's find us something to eat" he mumbled and walked toward Pema again, his eyes where broken and full of shame.

"Nope. Sorry, you can't." A recognizing voice said from above as she rose up from Pemas back. This voice belonged to Kauri, a girl with ebenholtz-shade which matched her black lips which curled in a large smile. Pema fell over and Kauri did a gracious backflip onto her very own large creature. "In fact since I just heard the wonderful news that I have an inexperienced bloodbender right here you can do yourself and your friends a favor and come along." Kauri said and blew a couple strands of her out of her face as she pulled out a large scythe. "Republic City has high bids for any unpopular bending techs right now." She continued as her brown, gorgeous shirshu snorted. It had already immobilized their bison Pema. Now it was time for the rest of them, she also had a bounty on the avatars head. So she pulled her weapon out properly and anyone could clearly see it's double-edged beauty.
"You too." She continued and pointed at the avatar with a smug smile. Kauri had hit the jackpot today... she thought so at least. Kauri whistled as she saw them get her down and she hit the firebender, the airbender tried to jump away but she got it too and the eartbending chick was down for counting to as the tongue hit her right over her face. However the eartbender had first half melted the prison for the waterbender and Kauri laughed out loud. "A lavabender too? Damn, I'm going to get some cash out of this one." Kauri said as she readied her weapon to take any of them out... perhaps forever. The annoying flying monkey and the bird was bound up in a bundle in her pack. She rarely saw doves and the monkey could be worth a hefty sum, right? (( She basically looks like this chick: but with no bun and tighter, more modern clothing pieces. (Omg yes it's her xD I remember her very well xD)
Herkio looked up, very surpised. What now? Couldn't they have a day without something werid happening? He was about to ask who she was when she continued to speak, and when Pema fell down and he saw her...animal. If he could call it that, it was a beast. His eyes got big when he heard what she said. But his gaze quickly fell down, it was broken. "I will come with you" he mumbled. Then the others could travel in peace. But she didn't seem to just want him. He wanted Bipin as well, and ELa. He couldn't let them get into trouble. "No! Don't take them, I can come with you without a fight if you just let them go, they haven't done anything wrong". But he had and deserved to go to prison, even if he didn't want that. "To hell with that" shouted his spirit at him. "Use your powers". He saw how his friend fell to the ground, paralyzed, and all because of her beast, he saw it's tounge touch them. He had to avoid it and free them, and get her away. "But if you will take my friends I will fight". When the tounge came to paralyze him he quickly brought out his water and blocked it. He then made a whip out of water, hitting the beast that just jumped away from it before attacking him again. It was Herkio's time to jump. He quickly understood that attacking the beast maybe wasn't the best idea, maybe he could take out it's master? He swinged the wip at the woman, when it hit her arms, he turned it into ice and pulled her down to the ground. In that second he felt the tounge hit him and he just fell to the ground, paralyzed as well while the ice turned to water again.

"Mate, you should've gone for Gaman." She said as she shook the water off her hands and brought out a rope from her pack. The dove could be heard and the monkey rustled. The dove was especially noisy all of a sudden. Oh... wait. Kauri carefully picked the dove out of the pack and released it's ropes. She wasn't much for animal abuse, it was sad that she had to bind such a beautiful creature anyway. The monkey could stay though. The dove flew away, it didn't get far as it landed next to the bloodbender. Since when does a bloodbender have small birds as friends anyway? Did it really matter? With the skill of a bounty hunter she went around tying them up. Both feet and hands and especially fingers to prevent them from bending. In fact if they tried to hard they might break them. Kauri wasn't a fragile lotus so she could easily pick two of them up at a time and place them on her dear Gaman. The dove didn't seem to be all that hype over attacking her. It could mean a lot of things but to Kauri it pretty much meant that it was either waiting or realized that it couldn't do much. She had pick-pocketed a air-bison whistle from the avatar and let it slide down into one of her pockets.
"I'll come back for you, allright?" She told the bison before leaving. Kauri might not seem like it but she did care a lot for a lot of things. Gamans poison was potent and therefore it would probably hold out for a very long time. Taking ship to Republic City would be fun though. "I might as well inform y'all that as far as I know you're not going to any prison cells." She said and sighed heavily. "According to the new president anyone with a deviant bending trait are suppose to be made an example of." Kauri herself hadn't brought anyone along to Republic City during these turbulent times, but she had seen plenty... truckloads in fact. "Of course, it's a mighty sum I get paid for taking you there too." However she didn't actually know what happened to the abnormal benders. She herself wasn't one so she couldn't know. Herkio tried to move, but it only hurted in his muscles when he tried, so he gave up and laid still. He could take the opportunity to rest and think about a plan to escape. Even if he maybe deserved it he didn't wanna go to prison, not yet atleast. And he couldn't let the others get taken to prison, they didn't deserve it. Soon he saw Eis land next to him, he wanted to pet the dove, but still couldn't move. "Eis" he just mumbled, he could still talk even if it was just mumbles, he couldn't move his jaw and mouth too much.
The dove came close to his face so the white feathers came against his skin. They where so soft and looked so pure and nice. He sighed and Eis just came closer, like she wanted to give him comfort. His bird was always with him, it always followed. Herkio listened to the woman, he couldn't see her but he could hear her very well. "Not a prison?" he mumbled, mostly to himself. Even if he could have moved now it was very hard because he was tied with ropes, everyone was. They didn't have a chance in hours to get loose. But suddenly he got an idea. He remembered Ryuu saying that he had speeded up their blood so the poison would get out quicker, could he do the same thing with himself? He hated the blood bending but in this moment maybe he had to use it. He closed his eyes and concentrated, he couldn't move his hands but the water was inside him, shouldn't he be able to controll it? He felt something inside him as he tried, and after a while he was able to move his fingers and his hands a little. But he was still paralyzed in his legs and arms. "You don't have to do this you know" he mumbled to the woman.

"There isn't much work for travelers, mate." She said and snapped her fingers and Gaman stretched out his fearful tongue and snapped right over the bloodbenders hands. "Sorry, it's a precaution. There was a bloodbender by the volcanoes who bended his own blood release himself." Kauri said and shrugged. "The name is Kauri by the way. Not that it matters, not many care." She continued and spoke to all of them this time.
"I promise we're not valuable." The airbender girl begged. "I have to protest, airbenders aren't really suppose to travel the world y'know." Kauri replied and Gaman buffed on her as they walked. He wanted to know her scent, so he came close and took a sniff every once in a while to remember what Kauri smelled like. Just as Kauri could see one of the many coast-cities of the Fire Nation she heard a large thump as something... or someone fell to the ground. She stopped in her steps and turned to see the lavabending girl... however it didn't look like she had jumped since she looked like a rag-doll on the ground. "The hell?" Kauri asked cautiously and was just about to lift her up as she saw the blood on the girls face. "Woah, kid." Kauri exclaimed chocked and straightened the girl out a little, tried to take a better look at her. What the hell? The girl hadn't fallen from a high enough distance to start bleeding... also the tracks came from the chicks nose mostly... maybe mouth too. Had she been bleeding all this time? Kauri lifted the girl up over her shoulder, she didn't care for putting her back when they weren't that far away. However Kauri was confused why she had started bleeding so suddenly. It hurted when the tongue snapped right over his hands, making them paralyzed again. He gritted his teeth so he wouldn't reveal his pain and listened to the woman and his eyes got wide. Bloodbender from the volcanoes? Sounded like Elas brother, or halfbrother or whatever he was. He didn'd know if he was happy or not that he was free. Because maybe he would search for them and be able to help them. But that maybe meant that he was going to take Ela back to sacrifice her.
He heard the thump as well and was lying so he could see Ela on the ground. "Ela!" he said, still a bit mumbeling. He had even harder to talk now since he had more poison in his system. He could see bleed, was it her spirit? He could see his own spirit flying around, laughing at him. "I like this girl much, and this creature" he grinned at him and Herkio continued to grit his teeth. "Go away" he mumbled, just to the spirit now, quietly. "Please, don't turn in my friends" he said again and tried to bend his own blood again, but it was harder this time. "They have done nothing wrong, I can understand that bloodbending gives prison, even death, but lavabending is nothing wrong. It is just a combination of earth and fire" he said and felt how he could move a little more again, but was still so the beast wouldn't hit him with the tongue again.

"According to the new president it is, though. Combustion and breathbending too." Someone said and sighed heavily to follow it up. "I've known quite a few that match up to those criteria." The female voice from before called and Ela opened her eyes and coughed loudly as blood splashed on the ground and also on the woman holding her. Ela couldn't move and she hadn't cared if it wasn't for the fact that she'd been out of it completely since yesterday. What? Where? "Gaman." The large creature stopped in its steps as the woman put her down on the ground with her lying on the ground.
"Geez, I get why you guys were heading south." The woman said as she carefully cleaned Elas face. The clothpiece had been red from the beginning but it looked even redder now. Who? What? Ela was seriously confused. She couldn't speak properly either, like her jaw wasn't working. "I'm happy I'm not a bender. Seems like they always have some new issue, don't it? The south usually has their shit together." The woman sighed and shook her head as she lifted Ela again. Ela was freaking out and she couldn't do anything about it.
