Den är nog som PotterMore

Nej, det är det inte. På Pottermore får man ny information som J.K. Rowling själv har skrivit. myHogwarts kommer att vara ett socialt nätverk för Harry Potter-fans där man även kommer att ha lektioner.

Detta har myHogwarts själva svarat på här:
"How is this different from Pottermore?
Pottermore is a great way to experience the books and read amazing, new content from JK Rowling. Pottermore does not give you the ability to register for courses and be taught by Hogwarts professors, which is a critical part of what many Potter fans want to experience. We think of ourselves as the fan-powered companion to Pottermore. myHogwarts is that missing component: it's the ability to connect with friends, meet new people or fellow housemates, sign up for courses that you're interested in, gain access to fan-created textbooks such as Hogwarts, A History and Standard Book of Spells (Grade 1)."

Beta Banner: April 8th: myHogwarts will not be releasing any more features or fixes until our public launch in June. Due to the demand of the website, we have to begin upgrading our server hardware and redesigning/redeveloping the coding structure from the ground up. This means we cannot fix current bugs/problems, because we are building the bug fixes into our new platform. We understand that this may be inconvenient, but please keep in mind these scenarios are commonplace in a beta program. We will not be taking down the website for lengthy amounts of time so that you can continue to enjoy the site before we switch to the new platform. Although the system and coding will be newer, this will not affect your information (cards, cities, posts, profile, etc). All of your information will be retained, even though the website will be made of new code. Because we will not be repairing existing bugs, we DO still encourage you to use the beta center to offer suggestions for how we can make the site better, or for you to share any new ideas that we should incorporate into myHogwarts. Thank you for your patience, involvement, dedication and understanding during this new migration.

Hello to all myHogwarts users and fans!

Because June is still almost two months away, and because of the level of interest in the beta test system we created in February was so high, we have decided to create the myHogwarts House Cup Championship!

This massive trivia competition allows all users, INCLUDING the general public, to come in and test their knowledge about the series and earn Championship points for their House!

We thought this might be a fun way to pass the time until our public launch, as well as see some house rivalry in action!

We will be adding questions EVERY DAY so that you can test your love for the books over and over, as time goes on.
