Chapter 17

A quart after we had started to leave, Lily ran up to me.
"Alli you can't even guess what James did!" She explodes. I look weirdly at her.
"You just called him James" I point out with a small smile on my lips. She looks angrily at me. I sigh.
"Sorry Lils. We'll just talk later about that, okay?" I asked her. She seemeed to realize that Caya and Ross were there too now.
"Oh. Hi. I'm Lily" She smiled and reached out her hand against them. They introduced themself, and together we walked against the Great hall.

After dinner, me and Lily went back to our room. Alice had stayed with Frank after their date, but it didn't matter. At least they were happy. Lily bounce down on her bed and look disasted.
"He just... Just... Argh!" She cry out, and I realize she is talking about James again. I stay quiet.
"Potter" She start, putting as much hate she can on his name. "Just destroyed my chances with Richard!"
I sigh again and facepalm. She sit up and stare at me. Richard, was this guy she went on Slughorns party with.
"You don't like Richard, as in like like. You see him as a friend" I chuckle and roll my eyes. She snort.
"What do you mean?" She ask.
"I. I think you like James Potter. Think about it. People say love is almost the same thing as hate. Right?" I rattle off. Lily looks like she's going to explode.
"You think I like Potter?!" She cry out louder then the last time.
"Lily just think about it. Give the boy a chance for gods sake. I'm just saying... His not as bad as he looks. I mean hopefully he isn't a crazy, bloody murderer." I mumble with a small smile at the end.
"Jeez Allison, you'll never understand" She say, but finally smiles. I put down my head on my pillow and the dreams surrounds me.
